GI’s home and its global headquarters. In 2021, GI moved into its newly acquired commercial building in New York City and serves as our headquarters. We’re proud to call New York City our home - with its diverse cultures and eccentricities that have greatly influenced the world - a city like no other.
GI is a member of the Long Island City Partnership.
GI opened its first Middle East office in Dubai in 2014, with a team of just two people at the Capital Golden Tower in Business Bay. In 2015, we moved to the Burj Al Salam Tower across the Dubai World Trade Center. In 2019, GI acquired Level 31 of the Executive Towers in Business Bay and is currently the firm's central location for operations in the Middle East and Europe. Today, the firm’s Dubai office has grown into its talent hub for managing our subsidiaries and other private equity investments across the Middle East and part of Asia with more than twenty members in the team.
In July 2018, GI opened its first office in Asia, in Kochi, India. Our new presence in India is a stepping stone towards the company's expansion across India and Asia. GI Park houses GI subsidiary companies in India and offers a work environment in harmony with nature.
GI is proud to be a part of London’s vast cosmopolitan melting pot of people, ideas, and energy. GI presence in London is a key part of its expansion across UK’s technology and real estate sector. Currently, the company does not have an active presence with an operating office and all UK operations are managed out of our Middle East office. However, the company continues to build its current investment portfolio in the UK and have plans to operate an office in the UK by 2024.
