GI plans CIFC - A 300,000sqft Commercial Development in the Heart of South India's Business Hub, Cochin

COCHIN, INDIA - 03 August 2017

GI Investments India announces plans to construct Cochin International Financial Centre - a commercial center in the heart of South India’s businesses hub, Cochin. The 300,000sqft development is currently undergoing design planning and is scheduled to be completed by 2021.

The building will feature a retail, restaurants and cafe on the street level and will provide more than 250,000 sqft of commercial office space for the planned 20 floor development.
