Job Description

At Global Invisions Group we are looking for an accounts manager that will be responsible for our Cochin office operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accounting and clerical support to the management.
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • To manage accounts payable and receivable through cash, check and vouchers in a timely manner
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Maintaining and reconciling cash & financial accounts.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets to monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports.
  • Prepare and manage table of accounts, assign entries to correct accounts to ensure that proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed.
  • Enforcing credit control.
  • Facilitating and coordinating annual audits.
  • Update financial transactions on ERP.
  • Provide general assistance and support to company personnel.
  • Maintain and update employee time sheets on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks efficiently
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office suite.
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years general accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Experience using ERP or Accounting software systems
